Carole de Weck

Carole founded de Weck & Partners in 1998 having worked in the human resource industry for three years. Prior to her recruitment experience Carole has worked across the globe as an import-export trader in the agri-commodity and textile industry for well over ten years. Carole is an entrepreneur by nature and her proactive approach has led to many successful ventures in recruitment, trade and business in general. Carole has an outstanding reputation in the private banking world and has successfully networked and worked with professionals at the highest levels in the domain of private banking, asset management and trade. Having worked across 6 continents, Carole has a gained a good command of seven languages; French, German, Swiss German, English, Italian, Spanish and Cantonese.

Maxime de Joncaire Narten

Maxime joined de Weck & Partners in late 2011 having worked in the recruitment industry in London for over 2 years. Maxime started his career in public sector legal recruitment and from there made the decision to go into private sector recruitment for the investment banking sector in the City. Maxime has quickly risen to a senior level as a head-hunter due to his entrepreneurial spirit. Maxime has successfully integrated into the Swiss recruitment industry, winning mandates with the private banking and commodity sectors and adding value by offering de Weck & Partners scope within the London market. Maxime is of an international background and speaks three languages; English, French and Italian.
