OUR MISSION (for candidates)
To be a "Job hunter" in Switzerland whilst our candidates are still working
abroad. To represent and to advise our candidates with regard to the evolution
of their careers and to actively participate in the continuation of their
professional development in Switzerland. To provide an in-depth market study of
employment opportunities within Switzerland, both on the open job market and the
" closed " job market. We provide active support for our candidates, from the
initial contact to the final interview, in order to enable them to find the most
appropriate and rewarding position for their profile.
OUR MISSION (for companies)
To submit middle and upper management candidatures who have global experience and vision. To understand the company strategy with regard to human resources in order to be able to define the available positions along with the management team (partnership). For every dossier that we propose, there is an analysis of the candidates' professional skills and a summary of the parallels between their competence and the job description. To offer to dynamic and expanding companies renowned and active managerial staff from abroad with nationally and internationally recognised skills who wish to pursue their careers in Switzerland.
OUR PROCEEDURE (for candidates)
1. We always work with the strictest confidentiality in order to protect our candidate's identity throughout our collaboration.
2. We offer to our candidates an in-depth interview with one of our consultants in order to identify their objectives and their professional ambitions.
3. To define together the type of working environment best suited to the candidate, in relation to their skills and cultural affinities.
4. To contact the targeted companies on behalf of the candidate and to organise interviews. We can participate at the interview if the candidate wishes.
5. To provide support during the integration period with the new company.
OUR PROCEEDURE (for companies)
1.An understanding of the Human Resource division of the company : Identifying the characteristics of the company
2. Definition of the post : Submit a draught of the job description and determine the skills and personality criteria of the ideal candidate
3. Search procedure : Each step of our research system is systematic and unique to each candidate. We establish a complete interview and a series of psychological tests at the request of our clients
4. Presentation of our candidates : We submit to our clients a confidential analysis of the candidate and, where appropriate, we participate in the initial interviews
5. Our check-ups : We proceed with the control of all candidate references and if necessary help the client to establish the working contract
6.Integration : Our job is only complete when the candidate is fully integrated within the organisation. If appropriate, we will provide further support during this period of integration, in order to maximise the candidates potential for a long-term and successful working environment.
We are specialised in the research and selection of upper management essentially based abroad or having worked abroad. Our candidates specialise in the following area :

To be able to offer our Swiss candidates interviews with our best clients, through our national and international correspondents and business relations, we are able to offer a discreet but thorough approach to the job market.
The very nature of our professional activity means that we work with absolute discretion. We protect the identity of our candidates and their current employers. To the same extent, we do not reveal the identity of our clients until the interview stage between the two parties.
We ensure a thorough understanding of our candidates' profiles, based on 20 years professional experience in the United States, The Far East and in Europe.
